Islandwide delivery
We deliver across all 14 parishes via trusted couriers. Delivery fees and timelines are confirmed on your quote and depend on parish, weight, and dimensions. Most Kingston-metro orders ship same or next business day; rural parishes typically arrive within 2–4 business days.
Returns
- Unopened, resalable items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Custom-cut vinyl, custom prints, and special-order items are non-returnable.
- Damaged or defective items: contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit within 7 business days.
